HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd

Troed-y-Rhiw Road, Wattsville o’r gyffordd â’r lôn sy’n arwain at Hafod Tudor Terrace ac i’r allan i eiddo rhif 3 Troed-y-Rhiw Road am bellter o tua 50 metr a’r tu allan i eiddo rhif 63 Llwybr Min-y-coed am bellter o tua 15 metr.

Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 22 Medi 2025 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, un bynnag sydd gyntaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 3 Hydref 2025.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i’r gwasanaethau brys, preswylwyr a cherddwyr, lle bo modd.

Mae llwybrau amgen ar hyd Nine Mile Point Road, Hafod Tudor Terrace.

Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw caniatáu gwaith cloddio’r prif bibell nwy i leoli’r pwynt cysylltiad gwreiddiol a chael gwared ar rwbel/creigiau yn y prif bibell nwy.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along

Troed-Y-Rhiw Road, Wattsville starting from its junction with the lane leading to Hafod Tudor Terrace and outside property number 3 Troed-Y-Rhiw Road for a distance of approx. 50 metres and outside property number 63 Woodside Walk for a distance of approx. 15 metres.

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 22 September 2025 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 3 October 2025.

Emergency services, resident and pedestrian access will be maintained where possible.

Alternative routes are via Nine Mile Point Road, Hafod Tudor Terrace.

The reason for making the Order is to allow for excavation of gas main to locate original connection point and to remove rubble/rocks sitting within the gas main.

The order is required by GTC.
