What is happening?

 THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL 

(ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 87) (PRIORY LANE, SNAITH) ORDER 2025

1. On 18 September 2025 East Riding of Yorkshire Council made this Order which will be operative from 18 September 2025, the effect of which will be to introduce two on-street Electric Vehicle recharging only parking spaces on Priory Lane, Snaith to allow Electric Vehicles to recharge at all times but during the period 8am - 6pm, Monday to Sunday, a four hour time limit will apply, with no return within the four hour time period.

2. A copy of the Order and relevant plan may be examined during normal office hours at Goole Customer Service Centre, Council Offices, Church Street, Goole, DN14 5BG.

3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 18 September 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
