The County of Cornwall (Porthilly Lane, Wadebridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge.
This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Porthilly Lane, Wadebridge from property known as Porthilly Bridge to junction with Rock Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Bodiniel Road, Bodmin between properties Amberwood and Westfield.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for drainage and carriageway repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th October 2025 to 15th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Pulsicky Hill To Withiel, Bodmin between properties Little Whitehay and Orchard Close.

The County of Cornwall (Fore Street, St Stephen) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Stephen.
This prohibition is necessary for remedial works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th October 2025 to 15th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Fore Street, St Stephen from junction with Terras Road to outside No 41.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 11th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Junction North East Of North Kerrow Chapel Hill, Bodmin between Higher Metherin and Access To Carbaglet House. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed due to damaged cattle grid.
The Order will come into operation on 12th September 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 28th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 22nd August 2025 for a period of 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Boscastle.
This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th October 2025 to 17th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only
Road affected - High Street, Boscastle between property known as Meaux House Hotel and the junction with Mount Pleaseant.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lanteglos.
This prohibition is necessary for overhead telecom works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th October 2025 to 17th October 2025.. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Frogmore Farm To Junction South West Of Tregavithick, Lanteglos between grid reference SX 15723 51580 and property known as Trevarder Farmhouse.

The County of Cornwall (Various Roads, Boscastle) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Boscastle.
This prohibition is necessary for patching and surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 10th October 2025. Roads subject to prohibition - 83266 Between Mount Pleasant And Camelford Road and 83266 Between Doctors Hill And Mount Pleasant for their entire lengths, Boscastle.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Boscastle.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - B3266 Between Mount Pleasant And Camelford Road and B3266 Between Doctors Hill And Mount Pleasant for their entire lengths, Boscastle. The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford.
This prohibition is necessary for pole testing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Roughtor Road, Camelford between the junctions with Victoria Road and Daw’s Meadow.
