RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council wedi gwneud Gorchymyn bydd yn gwahardd dros dro pob cerbyd, ac eithrio cerbydau argyfwng, rhag teithio mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd Lôn Ysgol, Llanddona.

Mae angen gwneud y Gorchymyn i alluogi gwaith Dŵr Cymru - gwaith dad-swthio.

Y ffordd arall fydd o bwynt deheuol y cau. Teithiwch i gyfeiriad gogledd-orllewinol heibio Ysgol Llanddona i’r gyffordd a throwch i’r dde. Yna teithiwch i gyfeiriad gogleddol trwy bentref Llanddona heibio i Dafarn Owain Glyn Dŵr ac yna i gyfeiriad de-ddwyreiniol am bellter byr tuag at Ponc y Felin a phen arall y cau ffordd. I’r gwrthwyneb i draffig sy’n teithio o’r cyfeiriad arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 23ain Medi 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn fwy na 4 wythnos neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau ar 23ain Medi 2025.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14(1) AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT, 1991
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MôN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (LÔN YSGOL, LLANDDONA) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council has made an Order, the effect of which will temporarily prohibit all vehicles, except for emergency vehicles, from travelling in either direction along Lôn Ysgol, Llanddona.

The Order is necessary to enable Dŵr Cymru works - de-silting works.

The alternative route will be from the southern point of the closure.

Travel in a north westerly direction past Llanddona School to the junction and turn right. Then travel in a northerly direction through the village of Llanddona past the Owain Glyn Dwr Inn and then in a south easterly direction for a short distance towards Ponc y Felin and the opposite end of the road closure. Vice versa for traffic travelling from the other direction.

The Order comes into effect on 23rd September 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 4 weeks or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 23rd September 2025.
