Sanders Lane Footpath, Barnet - Temporary Footpath Closure due to Works
What is happening?

TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE
SANDERS LANE FOOTPATH NW7
THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate collaborative working involving tree works, the installation of a new footpath along the line of the existing foot bridge and gas main works, they intend to make an Order which will close the Sanders Lane NW7 footpath situated between No.50 Sanders Lane and the junction of Tavistock Avenue will be closed, while the works take place.
The works will commence on Monday 29th September 2025 at 8.00am and is expected to last for 33 days.
Alternative routes for pedestrians will be via Bittacy Road, Bittacy Hill, Langstone Way, Kingsbridge Drive, Marwood Drive and vice versa.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or under permit personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
