Brent - Temporary Waiting Restrictions due to Construction Works

What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(AS AMENDED)

CRAWFORD STREET, HILLTOP AVENUE AND MARSHALL STREET

(TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a construction and associated works in Crawford Street, Hilltop Avenue and Marshall Street, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting in that length of:

a) Crawford Street, the south-east side, which lies between a point 10.00 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Hilltop Avenue north-eastward for a distance of 16.80 metres; and

b) Hilltop Avenue, the north-east side, which lies between a point 5.00 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Marshall Street north-westward for a distance of 15.50 metres; and

c) Marshall Street, the north-west side, which lies between a point 30.00 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Hilltop Avenue north-eastward for a distance of 17.50 metres;

when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 7 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive, from 1st October 2025 to 2nd October 2026 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
