PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 4 ENVILLE PARISH
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of: Public Footpath No. 4 Enville Parish Junction with the A458 to the junction with Morfe Lane for approximately 650m North. The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the unsafe condition of the footbridge and subsequent works required. No alternative route is available.
A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order shall come into operation on 11/9/25 and continues the restriction that came in to force on 21/8/25 and may be cited as the Staffordshire County Council Public Footpath No. 4 Enville Parish (Temporary Closure) Order 2025.
