(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
Elgin Crescent Between numbers 36 and 124
Kirkwall Road Between numbers 106 and 23
Foulston Avenue Between numbers 2 and 54
Croydon Gardens Between numbers 1 and 87
Horn Church Road Between numbers 35 and 93b
Compton Avenue From Mannamead Road to Dormy Avenue
Charlotte Street Between numbers 90 and 96
North Down Gardens Between numbers 2 and 62
Home Park Between numbers 1 and Albert Road
Pier Street Between numbers 1 and 59
Brentford Avenue Between numbers 3 and 197
Kenley Gardens Between numbers 1 and 63
St Pancras Avenue Between numbers 69 and 258
North Down Crescent Between numbers 1 and 123
Hawkinge Gardens Between numbers 5 and 151
Carradale Road Phased for its entirety
Greystoke Avenue Phased for its entirety
2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
Redhill Close Between numbers 1 - 29 and 100 - 104
Masterman Road Between rear of number 47 and number 1
Elgin Crescent Between numbers 36 and 124
Kirkwall Road Between numbers 106 and 23
Albert Road Between numbers 48 and 38
Croydon Gardens Between numbers 1 and 87
Horn Church Road Between numbers 35 and 93b
Charlotte Street Between numbers 90 and 96
North Down Gardens Between numbers 2 and 62
Home Park Between numbers 1 and Albert Road
Pier Street Between numbers 1 and 59
Brentford Avenue Between numbers 3 and 197
Exmouth Road Between numbers 35 and Albert Road
Kenley Gardens Between numbers 1 and 63
St Pancras Avenue Between numbers 69 and 258

3. To close the bus lane on:
Mannamead Road Between numbers 104 and 134
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
The Order shall come into force on 2nd October 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months. It is anticipated that tree pollarding works will take place at the above locations between 2nd October 2025 until 19th February 2026.
Advance warning boards will be displayed on site at each location to communicate exact dates and times nearer the time.
