MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn arfaethedig er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A4232, neu gerllaw iddi, wrth Gapel Llanilltern (Cyffordd 33 yr M4), yng Nghaerdydd.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd rhag mynd ar y darn o brif gerbytffordd gylchredol cefnffordd yr A4232 wrth Drosbont Ddwyreiniol Capel Llanilltern (Cyffordd 33 yr M4), Caerdydd, o’r man lle mae ffordd ymuno tua’r dwyrain traffordd yr M4 yn gadael y gerbytffordd gylchredol hyd at y man lle mae ffordd ymadael tua’r gorllewin traffordd yr M4 yn ymuno â’r gerbytffordd gylchredol.

Y llwybr arall i yrwyr sy’n teithio tua’r dwyrain ac sy’n dymuno ymuno â chefnffordd yr A4232 wrth Gapel Llanilltern (Cyffordd 33 yr M4) yw parhau ar gerbytffordd traffordd yr M4 tua’r dwyrain i ymadael wrth Gyffordd 32 Coryton ac yna cael mynediad i gerbytffordd traffordd yr M4 tua’r gorllewin i ymadael wrth Gyffordd 33 i ymuno â’r A4232.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 18 Medi 2025. Bydd y gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol yn ystod y nos yn unig (20:00 o’r gloch i 06:00 o’r gloch) a disgwylir iddo gael ei gynnal hyd at 1 Hydref 2025, neu hyd nes y caiff yr arwyddion traffig dros dro eu symud ymaith yn barhaol.

Dim ond yn ystod y cyfnod a bennir uchod y disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn fod yn weithredol. Er hynny, bydd yn parhau’n ddilys am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf rhag ofn y bydd angen ailamserlennu’r gwaith neu wneud gwaith canlyniadol neu waith arall. Bydd hysbysiad am unrhyw newidiadau i’r amseroedd a’r dyddiadau yn cael ei roi cyn gwneud unrhyw waith a ailamserlennir.
