What is happening?

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
Derby City Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON BISHOPS DRIVE, DERBY
WHEN: 28 September 2025
WHERE: Bishops Drive, at its junction with Corbel Close
REASON: Drainage works
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Bishops Drive – Hill Top – Lime Lane – Morley Road – Oakwood Drive – Bishops Drive and the same in the opposite direction
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON DERBY ROAD, CHELLASTON, DERBY
WHEN: 11 October 2025 to 12 October 2025
WHERE: Derby Road, from its junction with Ashleigh Drive to its junction with Vicarage Road
REASON: Drainage works
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Derby Road – Sutton Avenue – Maple Drive – Derby Road and the same in the opposite direction
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER AND TEMPORARY RIGHT TURN SUSPENSION ORDER ON MANOR ROAD, DERBY
WHEN: 30 September 2025
WHERE: Manor Road, suspend the Right Turn to St Albans Road
REASON: Highway works
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Manor Road – Kingsway – Circumnavigate Kingsway Roundabout – Kingsway – Manor Road – St Albans Road
