Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(C2011 Atch Lench Road, Church Lench) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2011 Atch Lench Rd from its junction with U43609 Farm Ln to its junction with U43608 Nalthorpe Ln.
Reason: Utility works by National Grid.
Alternative route: U43606 Evesham Rd, C2117 Handgate Ln, C2011 Atch Lench Rd to Leys Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 15 September 2025.
(U46407 Harpley Road, Defford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U46407 Harpley Rd from its junction with Glebeland (NSG ref. 45406077) for a distance of 110 metres in a south westerly direction.
Reason: Bridgework inspection by Network Rail.
Alternative route: U46407 Harpley Rd (part), U46407 Crown Ln, A4104 Upton Rd, U46407 Harpley Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 15 September 2025.
(U44528 Lime Street, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U44528 Lime St from its junction with U44527 Northwick Rd to its junction with U44533 Kings Rd.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Alternative route: U44527 Northwick Rd, B4035 Port St, U44533 Kings Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 15 September 2025 and 26 September 2025.
(C2121 Chadbury Road, Lenchwick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2121 Chadbury Rd from its junction with A44 Worcester Rd to its junction with U44000 Lenchwick Ln.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing over multiple phases by WCC.
Alternative route: A44 Worcester Rd, A44 Chadbury Bypass, U44000 Lenchwick Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 6 October 2025 and 17 October 2025.
(C2258 Station Road, Hinton On The Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2258 Station Rd from its junction with U45601 Bevans Ln to its junction with C2007 Haselor Ln to Hinton Cross.
Reason: Drainage works by WCC.
Alternative route: U45601 Bevans Ln, C2007 Haselor Ln to Hinton Cross and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 15 September 2025.
(B4085 Blackminster, Offenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of B4085 Blackminster from its junction with C2047 Station Rd to its junction with B4510 Offenham Rd.
Reason: Bridgework (bridge deck crossing) by Network Rail.
Alternative route: B4085 Evesham Rd, B4035 Badsey Rd, B4510 Offenham Rd, B4510 Offenham Rd (part), B4085 Blackminster and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (23:00-05:00). Commencing: 17 September 2025.
(C2011 Village Street, Harvington) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2011 Village St from its junction with U44015 Ragley Rd to its junction with U44016 Myatts Fields.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Alternative route: C2011 Village St (part), B4088 Evesham Rd, C2295 Harvington Ln, C2295 Abbots Salford Rd, C2011 High St, C2011 Station Rd, C2011 Village St (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 15 September 2025.
(U44218 Broadway Lane, Fladbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U44218 Broadway Ln from its junction with U44221 Paynes Ln to its junction with U44222 Broadway Cl.
Reason: Gas main replacement by Wales & West Utilities.
Alternative route: No diversion required due to road being dead end.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 26 days (24hrs). Commencing: 15 September 2025.
(U44401 Abbey Lane, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U44401 Abbey Ln from its junction with A4184 Abbey Rd to its junction with U44400 Abbey Ln.
Reason: New development works by Shannonside Civil Engineering/Taylor Wimpey.
There will be no access for emergency services, the alternative route must be maintained.
Alternative route: A4184 Abbey Rd, U44402 Merstow Green, U44400 Abbey Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 32 days (24hrs). Commencing: 16 September 2025.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(B4084 Pershore Road, Evesham) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2025
Proposed order: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of B4084 Pershore Rd in both directions from a point 50 metres west of Stewart Cl (NSG ref. 45405863) for a distance of 400 metres in a westerly direction.
Reason: Carriageway and footway works by Touchstone Civil Engineering Ltd.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 6 October 2025.
Various Roads and B4510 Offenham
(30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) (Proposals and Orders) 2025
On 28 August 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Offenham as follows:
30mph Speed Limit:
B4510 (Newtown/Evesham Road): From a point 40 metres north of its junction with U45200 (Three Cocks Lane) in a southerly then south westerly direction to a point 158 metres north of its junction with B4510 (Station Road)/U45206 (Laurels Road).
C2047 (Station Road): From a point 50 metres southeast of its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for 430 metres in a south easterly direction.
U45207 (Merry Lane): From its junction with C2050 (Bennetts Hill) for 40 metres in a southerly direction.
U45200 (Three Cocks Lane): From its junction with B4510 (Newtown) for 690 metres in a south westerly direction.
C2050 (Bennetts Hill): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) to a point 470 metres west of its junction with B4085 (Station Road, South Littleton).
40mph Speed Limit:
B4510 (Offenham Road) diverted to 30mph by virtue of street lighting:
From its junction with C2047 (Station Road)/U45206 (Laurels Road) in a southerly then easterly direction for 158 metres in a northerly direction.
From a point 158 metres north of its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for 55 metres in a north easterly direction.
C2047 (Station Road): From its junction with B4510 (Evesham Road) for 50 metres in a south-easterly direction.
Exemptions: As above. Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
This Order will come into operation on 1 September 2025.
