Bydd mynediad yn cael ei ganiatáu drwy gydol y cyfnod cau. Ni chynhelir mynediad i’r gwasanaethau brys. Cynhelir mynediad i gerddwyr at bob eiddo. Fodd bynnag, ni fydd y cyfyngiadau’n berthnasol ond ar yr adeg ac i’r graddau a nodir o bryd i’w gilydd gan arwyddion traffig. Bydd y rhain yn cael eu pennu gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016. Dyddiedig: 15/09/2025
