Gloucestershire, Temporary Road Closures Due To Various Works
What is happening?
GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY CLOSURE B4081 SHEEP STREET (CHIPPING CAMPDEN TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the B4081 Sheep Street Road from outside the property known as ‘No.6’ to its junction with the High Street for a distance of approximately 50 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for works to replace the “stop” signpost.
The said road is expected to be closed between 10:00hrs and 14:00hrs on 1st October 2025 only or until the said works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.
Alternative Route – as signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, and emergency access, will be maintained.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 400707 OXFORD STREET (MORETON IN MARSH PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400707 Oxford Street from its junction with the High Street to outside the property known as ‘The Cottage’ for a distance of approximately 90 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for internet network installation works.
The said road is expected to be closed from 3rd October until 9th October 2025 (excluding weekends) only or until the said works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.
