RHODDIR RHYBUDD DRWY HYN fod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd dros Felin Ifan Ddu gan arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu o fewn dim llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn gwneud Gorchymyn fydd yn cyflwyno dros dro y cyfyngiad a eglurir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd gan nad yw’r gerbytffordd yn ddigon llydan i ganiatáu mynediad i gerbydau yn ystod gwaith gosod polion. Daw y Gorchymyn i rym ar 08/10/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf neu tan y cyfryw amser ag y bydd y gwaith wedi cael ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag fydd y cyntaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith a gynlluniwyd gael ei gyflawni rhwng 08:00am a 17:00pm ar 08/10/2025. 

Atodlen - Nid oes yr un person i beri i gerbyd symud ymlaen ar hyd DanY-Coed, Melin Ifan Ddu, o’i chyffordd â’r A4061 hyd at Rif 2 Dan-Y-Coed. Y llwybr amgen i gerbydau yw ar hyd yr A4061, A4093, Teras Craig, Hen Heol y Plwy, ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Darperir mynediad drwy’r cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu, y Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans wrth ymateb i argyfwng. Cedwir mynediad i gerddwyr at bob eiddo o fewn y cyfyngiad ar hyd llwybrau diffiniedig drwy gydol y cyfnod cau. Ni fydd y cyfyngiadau’n weithredol, fodd bynnag, ond ar y cyfryw amser ac i’r cyfryw raddau ag y dangosir o bryd i’w gilydd gan arwyddion traffig a ragnodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL 
(DAN Y COED, OGMORE VALLEY, BLACKMILL)) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Blackmill in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order which will temporarily introduce the restriction set out in the schedule below. The Order is in the interest of public safety due to insufficient width of carriageway to maintain vehicular access during polling works. The Order will come into force on the 08/10/2025 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. It is anticipated the planned works will be undertaken between the hours of 08:00am and 17:00pm on 08/10/2025. 

Schedule - No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Dan-YCoed, Blackmill, from its junction with the A4061 to No. 2 Dan-Y-Coed. The alternative route for vehicles is via A4061, A4093, Craig Terrace, Old Parish Road, and vice versa. Access will be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure. The restrictions shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
