What is happening?

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
TOWN POLICE CLAUSES ACT 1847 s 21.
Maldon Carnival 2025
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to temporarily close the following roads on
Saturday 4th October 2025:
Cross Road, Maldon between 14.00 & 20.30.
An alternative route is offered via Fambridge Road, Limebrook Way & Mundon Road.
Fambridge Road, Maldon between 18.00 & 18.45.
An alternative route is offered via High Street, Mill Road, Mundon Road & Limebrook Way
High Street, Maldon between 18.45 & 19.30.
An alternative route is offered via Fambridge Road, Mundon Road, Limebrook Way & Mill Road, or travelling from Heybridge, via A414 by-pass, B1018, Limebrook Way & Mill Road
Mill Road between 19.30 & 20.00.
An alternative route is offered via High Street, Fambridge Road, Limebrook Way & Mundon Road
Please note, rolling road closures will operate in Fambridge Road, High Street & Mill Road.
