What is happening?
REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
MARSKE & NEW MARSKE PUBLIC FOOTPATH 32
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY ORDER 2025
Not less than 7 days herefrom the Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
The Order is necessary to ensure the safety of the public during construction of a residential development site.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit the public from the above public footpath between Grid Reference NZ 617220 and NZ 619222.
The Order will come into operation on 23.09.2025 and will remain in operation until such time as the works are complete or for a maximum period of 6 months, whichever is the earlier.
