Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th October 2025 to 8th October 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Trewirgie Hill, Redruth between the junction of Gilly Fields and grid reference SW6973141109.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Park Bottom.
This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd September 2025 to 26th September 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Clifton Road, Park Bottom between the junction of Spar Lane and the property known as Greenways.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Redruth.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 24th September 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Green Lane, Redruth between the junction of New Cut and Fore Street, Fords Row, Redruth between the junction of Green Lane and the property known as The Nook.

This prohibition is necessary for works to repair and replace water collection tanks fixed to the roof of the arch of the viaduct and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th October 2025 to 10th October 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Trewirgie Road, Redruth between the junction of Falmouth Road and the property known as Buller Cottages.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40MPH over an area of highway being Hayle Road, Nancegollan between the junction of Goldolphin Road and grid reference SW6292031182 for approximately 450 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because poling works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 26th September 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 26th September 2025.
The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th October 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Old Portreath Road, Redruth for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary to construct new kerb lines, footways and crossing point and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 31st October 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Fore Street, Camborne between the junction of Commercial Street and Trevithick Road.

This prohibition is necessary for new kerbing, footway and carriageway paving works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 14th November 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth.
This prohibition is necessary for footway works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th October 2025 to 19th December 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Bucketts Hill To Albany Road, Redruth between the junction of Clinton Road and Clinton Close.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025 Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 14th April 2025 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Trevingey Pare, Redruth between the property known as Delta Lodge and the junction of Trevingey Close.
The Order which commenced on the 14th February 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 3rd October 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of works to remediate a confirmed mine working (shaft) in the highway.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

This prohibition is necessary for poling and tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th September 2025 to 29th September 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Tregoose, Sithney for its entire length.
