The County of Cornwall (Carnmeal, Breage) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Breage.
This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th September 2025 to 30th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Carnmeal, Breage between grid reference SW62794 29811 and SW63296 29621.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 23rd September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Swanpool Road, Falmouth between the junctions of Bickland Water Road and Road To Pennance Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Scorrier.
This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th September 2025 to 1st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Roads affected - Road From Terrigal To Chatmar Pet Hotel, Goonearl, Scorrier and Road From Bridge Farm To Terrigal, Skinners Bottom, Redruth for their entire lengths, Road From Junction At Foxcote To Junction North Of Coosewartha Farm, Skinners Bottom, Redruth between the property named Bridge Farmhouse and grid reference SW71957 47096, Road From Junction South West Of Hawthorn Cottage To Ivy Chimney Villa, Wheal Rose, Scorrier between the properties named Foxcote and Ivy Chimney Villa, Road From Ivy Chimney Villa To Wheal Britain Farm, Skinners Bottom, Redruth and Road From Wheal Britain Farm To North Hill, Two Burrows, Blackwater for their entire lengths.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for S278 new junction works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th October 2025 to 24th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Newham Road, Morlaix Avenue, Truro between the junction of Morlaix Avenue and grid reference SW82905 44224.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro.
This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 12th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Roads affected - Tresawls Road between grid reference SW79578 45093 and the junction of Highertown, Highertown for its entire length and Newbridge Lane between the junction of Tresawls Road and Tresawls Avenue, Truro.
Notice is also given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing bus lane order, The County of Cornwall (Truro) (Tresawls Road) (Bus Route) Order 2006 Tresawls Road (A390) - From the eastern side of its junction with Penventinnie Lane (known locally as Old Penventinnie Lane) in an easterly direction between points Om-200m and 218m-294m, From the centre of its junction with Penwerris Road in a westerly direction between points 21m-140m and 180m-201 m and From a point 13m east of the centre of its junction with Penwerris Road for a distance of 200m in a easterly direction.

This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 12th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Treliske Lane, Truro between the junction of Tresawls Road and Penwerris Road.

The County of Cornwall (Various Roads Penryn) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Stopping) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penryn.
This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th October 2025 to 24th October 2025.
Roads subject to prohibition - Glasney Terrace between Bronescombe Close and Hill Head, Eastwood Road, Hill Head, Penryn Road To Rear Of 1 To 3 Hill Head From Glasney Terrace, St Thomas Street and Hillside Meadow, Penryn for their entire lengths.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Penryn.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Glasney Terrace between Bronescombe Close and Hill Head, Eastwood Road, Hill Head, Penryn Road To Rear Of 1 To 3 Hill Head From Glasney Terrace, St Thomas Street and Hillside Meadow, Penryn for their entire lengths. The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
