Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Mersey Road, L17, between N61 Mersey Road and a point 48m southwest of Desford Road, overnight between 10pm and 6am the following morning during the period of the 29 September to 26 November 2025, or for such a lesser period of time as dictated by the early completion of the works which are to safely enable the operation of a crane. A signed diversion will be erected for the duration of the works.
