Cliddesden, Ellisfield, Farleigh Wallop, Basingstoke - Temporary closure of multiple roads due to the Half Marathon and 10k 2025

Temporary Road Closure – Various Roads / Cliddesden, Ellisfield, Farleigh Wallop / Basingstoke / Basingstoke Half Marathon & 10k / 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the Basingstoke Half Marathon & 10k to take place on the Sunday 5th October 2025. 
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:    A339/Hackwood Road both directions from Venture roundabout to junction with Farleigh Road (B3046). This closure will be from 9.30am until 3.30pm. Access will remain only from Poynings Crescent and the Holiday Inn northbound. Diversion route for the A339 will be Tunworth Road and Huish Lane (see traffic management plan for details)   Farleigh Road (B3046) in both directions from junction with A339 to junction with The Avenue at Farleigh Wallop between 9.30am and 3.30pm.  Church Lane/Hackwood Lane/Northgate Lane/Station Road and track back to Northgate Lane between Cliddesden village and its junction with Grammarsham Lane, Ellisfield between 9.30am and 3.30pm.  Church Lane, Ellisfield in both directions up to junction with Green Lane Ellisfield, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.  Church Lane Ellisfield from junction with Green Lane to junction with College Lane at Wildmoor Farm between 9.30am and 2pm.  College Lane between junction with Church Lane at Wildmoor Farm and junction with Berrydown Lane between 9.30am and 2pm.  Berrydown Lane between junction with College Lane and junction with Green Lane between 9.30am and 2pm  Green Lane between junction with Berrydown Road and Church Lane, Ellisfield between 9.30am and 2pm.  Grammarsham Lane between Ellisfield and the junction with Farleigh Road (B3046) 9.30am to 2pm.  Grove Road between Venture Roundabout and junction with Whistler Close, between 9.30am and 2.45pm.  Woods Lane between its junctions with Farleigh Road (B3046) and the Brighton Way/Cliddesden Lane/Hatch Warren Way roundabout between 10.00am and 2pm.      ALTERNATIVE ROUTES:
