ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

SOUTHAM ROAD, LADBROKE ROAD, BANBURY ROAD AND SOUTHAM BYPASS, SOUTHAM – 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION

Order Effect: A 30mph speed restriction will be imposed on Southam Road, Ladbroke Road, Banbury Road and Southam Bypass, Southam along their entire lengths.

Reason for Order: For the safety of all road users during construction of new bridge, HS2 works.

Order Commences: 15 September 2025 until such time as the works have been completed and this Order has been revoked.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Works to enable the disconnection of a gas service.

Order Commences: 15 September 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 19 September 2025. Access & Diversion: High Street, Back Lane, Castle Lane, West Street and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Farley Street and Forfield Place.

Reason for Order: Drainage and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.

Order Commences: 15 September 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 16 September 2025. Access & Diversion: Forfield Place, Russell Terrace, Farley Street and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Preston Road and Henley Road.

Access & Diversion: Preston Road, Henley Road and vice versa.

Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 08.00hrs- 1700 hrs.

Order Commences: 15 September 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 19 September 2025. Access & Diversion: Clockwise: B4099 Willes Road, Brandon Parade, Hamilton Terrace, Holly Walk and Regent Grove. Anti-clockwise: Regent Grove, Brandon Parade and Willes Road. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible and safe to do so for businesses and residents only.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Works to install new water hydrant.

Order Commences: 1 October 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 3 October 2025. Access & Diversion: Elmdene Road, Brooke Road, Sunningdale Avenue and vice versa.

D4810 MACBETH APPROACH, HEATHCOTE, WARWICK

Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic in phases as follows:

Phase 1: Harbury Lane from its junction with Vickers Way to Garrett Drive, Harbury Lane Roundabout, Earl Rivers Avenue from Harbury Lane roundabout to outside No. 22 Earl Rivers Avenue and Macbeth Approach from Harbury Lane roundabout to Collier Gardens -2 x Sundays 28th September and 5th October (08.00hrs-17.00hrs).

Phase 2: Harbury Lane from Harbury Lane Roundabout to Lionheart Avenue/Cicero Approach – 29th September to 3rd October (09.00hrs-15.00hrs).

Phase 3: Harbury Lane from Harbury Lane Roundabout to Tachbrook Road/Oakley Wood Road – 6th to 8th October (09.00hrs-15.00hrs).

Phase 4: Lionheart Avenue/Cicero Approach to Tachbrook Road/Oakley Wood Road – 9th October (09.00hrs-15.00hrs). Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works.

Order Commences: 28 September 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 9 October 2025.

Access & Diversion: Diversions for Harbury Lane to be signed via the remainder of Harbury Lane, A452, Heathcote Lane, B4087 Tachbrook Road and vice versa. Access/egress to/from Macbeth Approach will be via Heathcote Lane.

Access/egress to/from Earl Rivers Avenue will be via Heathcote Lane and Ophella Drive.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

LEAMINGTON SPA) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the abovenamed Order, pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on various roads in Leamington Spa as detailed in Schedule 1, below.
