ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

U6701 WELLHEAD DEAN ROAD ASHINGTON

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland

County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6701 Wellhead Dean Road from its junction with Wansbeck Road heading westwards for a distance of 695 metres in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 1st October 2025 until the 6th October 2025.

It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 1st October 2025 between the hours of 18:00 and 22:00; however, the order will remain in place until 6th October 2025.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via the A1068, A197, C399, U6701 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water to replace a damaged manhole. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

U6513 CAVENDISH TERRACE ASHINGTON

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland

County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6513 Cavendish Terrace for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 6th October 2025 until the 6th April 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 6th October 2025 until the 10th October 2025 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 6th April 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via the A196, C399, U6703, U6710, C401, B1334 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

BLYTH VALLEY PUBLIC FOOTPATH No 13

(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland

County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use of Blyth Valley Public Footpath No 13, in the County of Northumberland.

The route is described as follows:

Blyth Valley Public Footpath No 13

From the junction with Public Footpath No 22 on the southern side of the railway level crossing in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 25 metres over the railway crossing to the junction with Public Bridleways Nos 16 & 178 south-west of Chase Meadows.

There is no alternative route available.

The Order is to be effective from the 4th October 2025 until the 4th April 2026.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council, Neighbourhood Services in the interests of public safety, to comply with Network Rail safety standards.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

SECTION 14(1)

U9511 MIDDLETON TERRACE BACK LANE BLYTH

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland

County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9511 Middleton Terrace Back Lane Blyth from its junction with Union Street heading westwards for a distance of 57 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 6th October 2025 until the 17th October 2025.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 6th October 2025 until the 8th October 2025 and that the road will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 17th October 2025.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via Union Street, Middleton Street, Croft Road and Marine Terrace and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water to install a new water connection. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

SECTION 14(1) C367 ARCOT LANE CRAMLINGTON

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C367 Arcot Lane Cramlington for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 22nd September 2025 until the 20th April 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 20th October 2025 until the 24th October 2025 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00 daily during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 20th April 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via the A1068, A1172, A1171 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1) BEDLINGTON

U6546 ACORN AVENUE RUSSELL TERRACE

HORTON AVENUE AND HOTSPUR AVENUE

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland

County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 22nd September 2025 until the 22nd March 2026.

Road Closures

U6546 Acorn Avenue for its entire length. U6546 Russell Terrace for its entire length. U6546 Horton Avenue for its entire length. U6546 Hotspur Avenue from 60 metres westwards of its junction with Church Lane heading westwards for a distance of 250 metres. It is expected that the roads will only be closed from the 22nd September 2025 until the 26th September 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 daily during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 22nd March 2026.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via the U6546, A193, A1068 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (MAP BASED) ORDER 22

(WAITING, LOADING & PARKING PLACES)

CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2024 VARIATION (TRO_101_22)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred under sections 1 to 4, 32, 35, 45 and 46, 61 and 64 (as appropriate) and Part IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other powers so enabling, have made the above-named Order.

The effect of the Order, which will come into force on 15th September 2025 will be to vary the “Northumberland County Council (Waiting, Loading & Parking Places) (Map Based) Consolidation Order 2024” by introducing the following parking restrictions in Seaton Delaval:

1)  There will be no waiting at any time on sections of Allenheads, Prospect Avenue and the U9535 Manners Gardens Astley Road Back Lane, (this is also detailed as Western Avenue on a section of road on the digital maps).

2)  There will be no waiting Monday-Friday between the hours of 8-9:30am & 2:30-4pm on a section of the U9535 Manners Gardens Astley Road Back Lane, (this is also detailed as Western Avenue on a section of road on the digital maps).

3)  There will be a prohibition of stopping on school entrance markings applying Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm on Allenheads.

The restrictions can also be viewed in map format, as the maps form part of the map-based schedule to the Order.
