TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC145405048: The City of Manchester (Hartington Street, Beresford Street, Rosebury Street, Cowesby Street, Caythorpe Street, Alison Street, Greame Street, Moss Side Ward) (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to prohibit vehicular traffic on Hartington Street, Beresford street, Rosebury Street, Cowesby Street, Caythorpe Street, Alison Street, Greame Street. From Great Western Street to Bowes Street. The alternative routes for traffic will be: Signed Locally). The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate Cleaning of the roads and streets. It is expected that the works will be in progress from 15th September 2025 to 15th September 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 10:00. The order shall come into operation on 15th September 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Kevin Gillham.
