THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 202

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order. The general effect of the Order would be to apply a maximum stay of 2 hours, no return within 1 hour, to existing Disabled parking bays in:

Albert Road, IG1, outside Nos. 50 and 52 Albert Road;

Balfour Road, IG4, (a) outside the rear of No.34 Cranbrook Road, (b) opposite the rear of No.34 Cranbrook Road, (c) outside nos. 3 to 5 Balfour Road;

Any objections and further representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing, stating reference 2025-*214, and must state the grounds on which they are made by email to parkings.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by post to Parking & Traffic Enforcement, End Floor (front), Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY, within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
