Webbs Hill - Temporary Road Closure To Jetting Works

Temporary Closure of Webbs Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Webbs Hill - from the junction with Old Wells Road To Elm Lane, eastwards for a total distance of 239 metres.
This Order will enable Kier to carry out jetting works on behalf of Somerset Highways.
The Order becomes effective on 25th September 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 29th September 2025 and last until 1st October 2025 between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 for a total of 3 days.
