TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC000145462902 : The City of Manchester (Faulkner Street, Deansgate Ward)(Temporary No waiting and No Loading) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to restrict vehicular traffic from Princess Street to Number 59.
The City Council is satisfied that this restriction is necessary in order to facilitate large joint bay (approximately 8m x 2m) to install new underground link box .
It is expected that the works will be in progress from 29th September 2025 to 7th October 2025. The order shall come into operation on 29th September 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months.
If the restriction ends within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
