THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (OLD LAIRA ROAD) (FOOTPATH))
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit the movement of pedestrians in:
1. To prohibit the movement of pedestrians in:
• Old Laira Road - between Reed Lane and Stagg Lane
The prohibition of pedestrians will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. Order shall come into force on 15th October 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 6 months
It is anticipated that the footpath closure for ducting works will commence on 15th October 2025 until 28th October 2025 24hrs
