Haringey, Administrative Amendments To Parking, Waiting & Traffic Restrictions

What is happening?

2025-T13 - MAPPER ANOMALIES BATCH NO.8 The Haringey (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.36) Order 2025 The Haringey (Charged-For Parking Places)

(Amendment No.35) Order 2025 The Haringey (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (Amendment No.16) Order 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 5th September 2025 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to our map-based records at the locations listed below. These changes are purely administrative to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground:

Lymington Avenue N22

1. To formalise approximately 7 metres of Single Yellow Line (operating CPZ hours) opposite No.15/17

2. To extend the Permit Holders Only bay outside No.92 west by approximately 4 metres.

3. To adjust existing sections of No Waiting/No loading and School Keep Clear restrictions on both sides in accordance with the kerb line between No.58-102.

To formalise the operating times of Monday-Saturday 7am-10pm (max stay 40 minutes) for the Loading Only

bay outside No.406._

To formalise the Pay by Phone (Monday-Saturday 9:30am-5pm maximum stay and no return of 2 hours)

bay outside No.516-522._

To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone bay (maximum stay and no return period of 1 hour) on the south side of the carriageway opposite

Portree Close._

To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone bay (operating CPZ hours with a maximum stay

and no return period of 1 hour) outside No.2-6._

To formalise the Resident Permit Holders Only bays and Single Yellow Line (operating CPZ hours) outside and

opposite No.27-31._

To formalise the operational days of Monday-Saturday to the Pay by Phone bay adjacent to the flank wall of

No.30 Hornsev Park Road._

To formalise the existing Double Yellow Lines and Permit Holder Only bays (operating CPZ hours) at the

northern end of the road outside No.97-111._

To formalise the operational times for the existing timed No Waiting (Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm) and No Loading (Monday-Saturday 8am-9:30am) restrictions and Pay by Phone Bay (Monday-Saturday 9:30am-5pm maximum stay 3 hours and no return within 2 hours) outside Berkeley House and Picturehouse cinema (No.163-165)._

1. To formalise the operational times for the Loading Only bay outside No.68a-72 of Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm (maximum stay and no return period of 1 hour).

2. To formalise the operational times for the No Waiting/ No Loading restrictions outside No.24-26 of Monday-Saturdav 8am-9am. 11:30-2pm & 4-7pm._

To shorten the single yellow lines on both sides adjacent to No.101/103 Gladstone Avenue by

approximately 4 metres._

To formalise the No Loading at any time restrictions

outside No.35._

To revoke approximately 30 metres of Double Yellow Lines on both sides of Wolseley Road from the junction with Park road and approximately 15 metres on both sides of Park Road from outside No.68 heading southeast (to accommodate existing zebra crossings

and zig-zag markings)_

To formalise the CPZ operational times all sections of Single Yellow line on the south side between Great

Cambridge Road and Barkham Road._

To formalise the existing No Loading at any Time

restrictions outside and adjacent to No.741/743._

To formalise the operational days of Monday-Saturday for the Loading Only bay outside No.302/304._

To formalise both shared use Permit Holders/Pay by Phone bays (maximum stay of 1 hr 30 mins, no return within 1 hour) operating CPZ hours at the junction with

Rostrevor Avenue._

To formalise the existing No waiting at any time restrictions adjacent to the flank wall of No.8 High Street. To formalise all existing No Waiting at any time restrictions between the junction with High Road to a

point approximately 73 metres west._

To formalise the existing Disabled Badge Holders Only bay (operating 24/7), Resident Permit Holders Only bay and Single Yellow Lines (each operating CPZ hours) on

both sides between properties No.75-79._

To formalise approximately 15 metres of Single Yellow Line (operating CPZ hours) adjacent to the flank wall of

No.86 Mayes Road._

To formalise the existing sections of shared use Pay by Phone/Permit Holders Only bays (operating CPZ hours with a maximum stay and no return of 1 hour for paid parking) on the south side: (1) adjacent to No.296 High Road and on the north side (2) outside No.9, (3)

opposite No.40-44 and (4) opposite No.56-62._

To formalise the Business Permut Holders only bay (operating CPZ hours) adjacent to No.123 Broad Lane. To formalise the Permit Holders Only bay (operating CPZ Hours) on the west side opposite Turner Avenue. To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone (max stay/no return of 1 hour) bay adjacent to

No.39 Craven Park Road._

To formalise the Double Yellow Lines and Permit Holders Only bays between property Nos.37-69._

1. To shorten the length of School Keep Clear Markings opposite No.113/115 by approximately 7.5 metres.

2. To formalise the Single Yellow Line outside No.92-94

3. To adjust existing sections of No Waiting/No loading and School Keep Clear restrictions on both sides in accordance with the kerb line between No.93-121

To formalise the Straight Ahead Only restriction for southbound traffic at the junction with Dowsett Road. To formalise all existing 24/7 Bus Stands and No Waiting/ No Loading at any time restrictions on the southeast to northwestern arm linking High Road and Langhedge Lane (adjacent to Brook House Primary School). This includes

around the entirety of the traffic island._

To formalise the existing No waiting (Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm) and No Loading (Monday Saturday 7am-10pm & 4pm-7pm) outside No.358-360 (up to borough

boundary with Enfield)._

To formalise the existing Single Yellow Line (operating

CPZ hours) outside No.7-9 and No.20-22._

To formalise all existing Double Yellow Lines, Single Yellow Lines and Resident Permit Holders bays

(operating CPZ hours)._

To formalise the operating days of Monday-Saturday for all Permit Holders only bays between the junction with

St Anns Road to outside No.7._

To formalise the No Loading at any time restrictions on the south side at the junction with High Road (adjacent to No.479)._

Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 11th September 2025.

Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders® haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey once operational.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
