Felons Oak Lane, Withycombe - Temporary Closure due to pedestrial guard rail replacement

Temporary Closure of Felons Oak Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Felons Oak Lane - from the junction with Felons Oak to Golsoncott Lodge to the junction with Goosewell. A total distance of 616 metres. This Order will enable Kier to replace pedestrian guard rail on behalf of Somerset Highways.
The Order becomes effective on 3 October 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 6 October 2025 and last until 7 October 2025 between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 for a total of 2 days.
