Order made: To close that part of U23412 Barkers Lane from its junction with C2040 Tanners Green Lane to its junction with A435 Alcester Road.
Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.
Alternative route: Clockwise Diversion - U23412 Barkers Lane (part), A435 Alcester Road (Southbound), C2042 Watery Lane, A435 Alcester Road (Northbound), A435 Becketts Roundabout, A435 Alcester Rd (Southbound), C2040 Tanners Green Lane.
Anticlockwise Diversion - U23412 Barkers Lane (part), C2040 Tanners Green Lane, A435 Alcester Road (Southbound), U23412 Barkers Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.
Commencing: 15th September 2025.
(C2101 Westbound Entry Slip Road to A4189 Warwick Highway, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2101 Westbound Entry Slip Road to A4189 Warwick Highway from its junction with C2101 Old Forge Drive Mini Roundabout to its junction with C2101 A4189 Warwick Highway.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Alternative route: C2101 Old Forge Drive , C2123 Washford Drive, B4497 Icknield Street Drive, A4189 Warwick Highway (Westbound).
Maximum duration: 18 Months.
Anticipated duration: 1 day between 10th September 2025 and 24th September 2025.
(B4120 Redditch Road, Hopwood) (Southbound Closure Only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of B4120 Redditch Road from its junction with A441 Hopwood Roundabout to its junction with U23211 Jays Crescent.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Alternative route: A441 Hopwood Roundabout, A441 Birmingham Road into Birmingham, B4096 Barnt Green Road Roundabout, B4120 Barnt Green Road, B4120 Kendal End Road, B4120 Bittell Road, B4120 Redditch Road (part).
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days (Not including weekends).
Commencing: 11th September 2025.
(U23402 Packhorse Lane, Kings Norton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U23402 Packhorse Lane from its junction with U23403 Baccabox Lane to its junction with C2040 Middle Lane.
Reason: Gas main replacement by Cadent.
Alternative route: Southbound Diversion - U23402 Packhorse Lane (part), U23403 Batemans Lane, C2036 Silver Street, C2040 Middle Lane, U23402 Packhorse Lane (part) and vice versa.
Northbound Diversion - U23402 Packhorse Lane (part), C2040 Middle Lane, C2171 Dark Lane, U23403 Baccabox Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 6th October 2025.
(U32313 Fownhope Close, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U32313 Fownhope Close from its junction with U32308 Colts Lane for the entire length of the cul-de-sac.
Reason: Utility work by STW.
Alternative route: no diversion route due to cul-de-sac.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 15th September 2025.
Exemptions: To Permit Access To Any Land Or Premises Fronting The Highway Affected Where There Is No Other Form Of Access; And To Allow The Works To Be Undertaken.
