DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984

ADRAN 14(1)(A) (FEL Y’I DIWYGIWYD)

BALTIC TERRACE, TY COCH, CWMBRÂN

GORCHYMYN GWAHARDD TRAFFIG DROS DRO 2025

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw draffig rhag teithio ar hyd rhan o Baltic Terrace, Ty Coch, Cwmbrân.

Nid oes llwybr amgen ar gael oherwydd nid oes ffordd drwodd. (Bydd mynediad i drigolion a’r gwasanaethau brys cyn belled ag y bo modd yn rhesymol).

Mae’r gwaharddiad yn ofynnol am fod gwaith yn cael ei wneud, neu ar fin cael ei wneud, ar yr heol, neu ger yr heol, i gloddio tyllau treialu.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig ar waith o ddydd Iau 18 Medi 2025 hyd nes ddydd Llun 22 Medi am 5 niwrnod ac yn ystod unrhyw ddyddiadau eraill os bernir bod hynny’n angenrheidiol, o fewn cyfnod sydd heb fod yn hirach na 18 mis.

Dyddiad: 10 Medi 2025

Stephen Vickers, Prif Weithredwr, Y Ganolfan Ddinesig, Pont-y-pwl, Torfaen, NP4 6YB
