SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003
AMENDMENT ORDER No. 1 2025
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be: -to amend The Borough of Swindon (Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (as amended) by changing Brunel West Multi-Storey Car Park into a pay and display with the use of electronic tickets purchased by pay by phone.
A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made completing the consultation form which can be found at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders under ‘proposed traffic regulation orders’ under reference (ST/TRO/Brunel West Car Park) by no later than 1 October 2025. Any objection or representation received will form part of a public record which may be made publicly available.
