What is happening?
BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(LOVELACE ROAD, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along: a) The spur off Lovelace Road, Bracknell.
There is no alternative route for this closure.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while Section 278 works are carried out on the carriageway and footpath. The Order came into operation on the 15th September 2025 and has a maximum duration of 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place until 3rd October 2025.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
