What is happening?

NUMBER EIGHT ORDER, 2025
On the 5th September 2025 the Renfrewshire Council made the above Order in terms of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Places (Scotland) Act 2009 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order which comes into operation on 15th September 2025, was advertised in the Paisley and Renfrewshire Gazette on the 18th September 2024 and the effect of the Order is as stated in the said notice.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers inferred under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 5th September 2025, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
