What is happening?

The Renfrewshire Council has made the undernoted Orders in terms of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a
The Renfrewshire Council (Prohibition and restriction of waiting, loading and parking places) (Consolidation) (Amendment 1005) Order 2025.
The Order, which come into operation on the 15th September 2025 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette (1005) 14th May 2025 and (1005(A)) 11th June 2025. The effect of the Order are as stated in the said notices (as consolidated). Copies of the Order and maps relative thereto are available for inspection on the Tell me Scotland Website for 6 weeks from the 5th September 2025 Ref TRO (1005).
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 5th September 2025, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
