(Traffic Regulation) Amendment Order
Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in
BEER: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Lanehead Road & Mare Lane;
BUDLEIGH SALTERTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Elmside, Greenway Lane, Station Road & Tidwell Road;
CRANBROOK: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Access to Cranbrook Education Campus Car Park, Barn Orchard, Burrough Fields, Crannaford Lane, Mead Cross, Younghayes Road;
EXMOUTH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Keats Close, Moorfield Road, Richmond Road, Salterton Road, Shakespeare Way & Trefusis Place; Loading Only At Any Time on a specified length of The Royal Avenue;
HONITON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Battishorne Way, Chapel Street, Gloucester Close, Honiton Bottom Road, Joslin Road, Rosemount Lane & Weatherill Road;
OTTERTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Ottery Street;
OTTERY ST MARY: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Brook Street & Ridgeway Gardens;
SIDMOUTH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Manstone Avenue & Manstone Lane;
TIPTON ST JOHN: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Road from Primary School to St Georges & Road from Tipton St John Primary School to The Orchard;
WEST HILL: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Beech Park;
WOODBURY: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Fulford Way & Globe Hill; School Entrance Clearway – No Stopping At Any Time on specified lengths of Town Lane.
Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles. Draft order, order being amended, plans & statement of reasons may be seen at www.devon.cc/alwrp from a public access computer or is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view at County Hall during office hours at the address below. Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via www.devon.cc/alwrp to arrive by 3 October 2025. Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered. If you make a submission be aware that it will be considered prior to being sent to Highways & Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC) members for consideration & may be published on our website.
