Devon County Council made this on 3 September to come into force 17 September to introduce in:

ALFINGTON: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Road Through Alfington;

BEER: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified lengths of Clapps Lane, School Hill & Fore Street;

School Entrance Clearway–No Stopping At Any Time on a specified length of Mare Lane;

BUDLEIGH SALTERTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Dalditch Lane, Upper Stoneborough & Westfield Close;

COLYFORD: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Seaton Road;

COLYTON: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of South Street; Keep Clear–No Stopping At Any Time on specified lengths of Grovers Meadow & South Street;

EXMOUTH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Bapton Close, Douglas Avenue, Regents Gate, Shapter Court, Springfield Road and West Down Lane; No Waiting At Any Time on reduced lengths (from what was advertised) of Bampton Lane; No Loading At Any Time on a specified length of Maer Road;

School Entrance Clearway–No Stopping At Any Time on specified lengths of Beacon Place, Gipsy Lane, Green Close, Moorfield Road & Regents Gate;

EXTON: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Station Road;

FENITON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Station Road & Winchester Close;

HONITON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Fairfield Gardens, Lilley Walk & Westcott Way;

LYMPSTONE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Longbrook Lane & The Strand;

School Entrance Clearway–No Stopping At Any Time on a specified length of School Hill;

OTTERY ST MARY: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Slade Road; The decision on No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Mill Stream Road has been deferred;

SEATON: Pay & Display (Tariff Section B) 8am–8pm 1 Apr to 31 Oct Max Stay 4 Hours: 30 Mins 40p; 1 hour £1.50; 2 hours £4; 3 hours £6; 4 hours £8 on a specified length of Esplanade,

School Entrance Clearway–No Stopping At Any Time on specified lengths of Scalwell Lane & Valley View;

Keep Clear–No Stopping At Any Time on a specified length of Valley View;

SIDBURY: the decision on No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Church Street has been deferred;

SIDFORD: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Higher Brook Meadow; No Waiting At Any Time on a reduced length (from what was advertised) of Byes Lane;

SIDMOUTH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Deans Mead, Radway & Station Road;

No Loading At Any Time on a specified length of Station Road; Lawn Vista proposals are not being progressed;

WOODBURY: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Broadway, Flower Street, Globe Hill, Greenway & Road from Gilbrook Cottages to Higher Venmoor Farm;

Limited Waiting Mon–Sat 9am–5pm 2 Hours No Return 4 Hours (relaxed from 1 hour No Return 2 Hours) on specified lengths of The Arch;

WOODBURY SALTERTON: School Entrance Clearway–No Stopping At Any Time on a specified length of Stony Lane.
