(ASTLEY BRIDGE WARD VARIOUS STREETS) (AMENDMENT) (NO.18) ORDER 2025

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will be operative from 17th September 2025.

Deletions:

No Waiting At Any Time

Shoreswood (both), Belmont Road (south-west), Belmont Road (both) and Ashworth Lane (north)

No Waiting Monday – Saturday 7:30am – 9:30am and Monday – Friday 4:00pm – 6:30pm

Blackburn Road (both)

Additions:

No Waiting At Any Time:

Blackburn Road (west), Thorncliffe Road (both), Stonyhurst Avenue (both), Belmont Road (south-west), Wilkinson Road (both), Shoreswood (both), Belmont Road (north-east), Ashworth Lane (south), Ashworth Lane (north), Whitegate Drive (both), Cotford Road (both), Belmont Road (north-east), Templecombe Drive (north-west), Templecombe Drive (south-east), Ashworth Lane (north), Ashworth Lane (south) and Hugh Lupus Street (both)

No Waiting Monday – Saturday 7:30am – 9:30am and Monday – Friday 4:00pm – 6:30pm

No Waiting Monday – Saturday 7:30am – 6:30pm

and at One Stop Shop, Town Hall, Bolton during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Order’s provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 10th September 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
