TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES
ST LUKE’S MEWS
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea intends to make an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 - Section 14 (1) (A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below. Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
ROAD CLOSED TO VEHICLES FOR CRANE WORKS.
St Luke’s Mews to be closed from the junction of All Saint’s Road to the junction of St Luke’s Road.
To be closed from 07.00hrs on Friday 19th September 2025 until 21.00hrs on Saturday 20th September 2025.
Diverted through traffic may use All Saint’s Road, Lancaster Road, St Luke’s Road, or All Saint’s Road, Westbourne Park Road, St Luke’s Road, in either direction.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
