I Bilal Tassawar, 277 Whalley Road, Clayton-le-Moors, hereby give notice that I have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Accrington Pizza Ltd, 277 Whalley Road, Clayton-le-Moors, BB5 5QU, as follows:

For the sale of Late-Night Refreshment
Monday - Thursday: 23:00-01:00
Friday, and Saturday 23:00-02:00
Sunday: 23:00-01:00

Any interested party or responsible Authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Department, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 0PF or by e-mail to: licensing@hyndburnbc.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application.

The full application can be viewed at the above office (by prior appointment made on (01254 388111) between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or at the Council’s website – www.hyndburnbc.gov.uk 

IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
