What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wolverhampton City Council propose to make the following Order under Sections 1, 2,124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is as follows:
