ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Public Right Of Way COS0020 – Hospital Lane, Coseley) Order 2025 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any pedestrians proceeding on the Public Right of Way COS0020 at Hospital Lane, Coseley (from Hospital Lane to Elmdale Road) for the purpose of the safe facilitation of remedial works to an adjacent wall being carried
out on or near the affected public right of way. The order will come into operation on 20/09/2025 and will remain in force until 28/02/2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 6 months. Pedestrians will be diverted via: Hospital Lane, Providence Row, Elmdale Road, and vice versa.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so. For further information on the restrictions in this notice, please contact Traffic Management on 01384 815453.
