LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(DEWHURST STREET, FYLDE ROAD AND TULKETH BROW, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (REVOCATION, PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the "Lancashire County Council (Preston Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
a) Items (164)a)(i), (164)a)(ii), (164)a)(iii), (164)c)(i), (164)c)(iii), (446)c), (446)e)(i), (446)e)(ii) and (446)e)(iii) of Schedule 10.01;
b) Items (92)a)(i) and (220)b) of Schedule 11.075;
c) Item (1) of Schedule 12.046.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Dewhurst Street, Preston, the north side, from its junction with the centreline of Aqueduct Street for a distance of 116 metres in an easterly direction;
b) Dewhurst Road, Preston, the north side, from its junction with the centreline of Dewhurst Street for a distance of 42 metres in an easterly direction;
c) Fylde Road, Preston, the north side, from a point 74 metres east of its junction with the centreline of Dewhurst Street for a distance of 57 metres in an easterly direction;
d) Fylde Road, Preston, the south side, from its junction with the centreline of Ashton Street for a distance of 107.5 metres in an easterly direction;
e) Tulketh Brow, Preston, the north side, from a point 175 metres south east of its junction with the centreline of Stocks Road for a distance of 135.5 metres in an easterly direction;
f) Tulketh Brow, Preston, the north east side, from its junction with the centreline of Stocks Road from a distance of 29.5 metres in a north westerly direction;
g) Tulketh Brow, Preston, the north east side, from a point 131 metres south east of its junction with the centreline of Stocks Road for a distance of 44 metres in an easterly direction;
h) Tulketh Brow, Preston, the south west side, from its junction with the centreline of Water Lane in a north westerly direction to its junction with the centreline of Waterloo Road;
i) Tulketh Brow, Preston, the south west side, from its junction with the centreline of Waterloo Road to its junction with the centreline of Tom Benson Way.
3. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm in Fylde Road, Preston, the south side, from point 61 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Maudland Bank for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction.
