Grosvenor Road - Temporary Road Closure for Essential Works to Be Done
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (GROSVENOR ROAD) TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025.
The Order will introduce a road closure on Grosvenor Road, between the junctions of Trafford Drive and Windmill Road.
The Order is necessary for essential works to be done. The order is due to come into operation on Tuesday 7th October and will last for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 13th October.
The diversion routes are via Trafford Drive - Ridyard Street - Manchester Road - Bolton Road - Worsley Road North - Grosvenor Road, vice versa.
