Temporary Closure of Parrett Way
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, proposes to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Parrett Way - from the junction with Tone Drive, northwards for a total distance of 72 metres. This Order will enable Heidelberg to carry out phased prep and resurfacing works on behalf of Somerset Highways.
The Order becomes effective on 23 September 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The phased works are expected to commence on 1 October 2025 and last until 11 October 2025: Phase 1 - 1 October 2025 - 2 October 2025 (07:30 - 18:00); Phase 2 - 3 October - 8 October 2025 (00:00 - 23:59); Phase 3 - 9 October 2025 - 11 October (18:30 - 07:00). A total of 11 days.
