ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
C80 DENWICK JUNCTION TO STATION ROAD LONGHOUGHTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C80 Denwick Junction to Station Road Longhoughton 183 metres west of its junction with B1339 continuing on for a further 25 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective on the 3rd October 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 3rd October 2025 between the hours of 08:00 until 16:00.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being C80, C79, C78, B1339 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Safer Roadworks on behalf of Network Rail to carry out a bridge inspection. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1) U6010
THE DELL MORPETH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6010 The Dell from its junction with Fulbeck for a distance of 85 metres in a north-easterly direction in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 29th September 2025 until the 17th October 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 29th September 2025 until the 10th October 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 17th October 2025.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
C43 OLD BEWICK TO CHILLINGHAM, CHILLINGHAM
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use of vehicular traffic on the following sections of road and to hereby bring into force a speed restriction on the following sections of road in Chillingham in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 29th September 2025 until the 6th March 2026.
Road Closure:-
A road closure will be in place which will prohibit the use of vehicular traffic on that section of the C43 Old Bewick to Chillingham from its junction with C47 Hepburn Junction to Haughterslaw Woodland heading in a southwards direction for a distance of 1971 metres in the County of Northumberland.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the following dates:
• 29th September 2025 until the 11th October 2025 (excluding Sunday working) between the hours of 08:00 until 17:00.
• 17th November 2025 until the 19th November 2025 between the hours of 08:00 until 17:00.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via C43, C44, C46, C45 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
Speed Restriction:- 60 mph down to 40 mph
A speed restriction will hereby further be in force which will restrict the speed of all vehicular traffic from 60 mph down to 40 mph and no person shall drive their vehicle in excess of 40 mph on the C43 Old Bewick to Chillingham from its junction with C47 Hepburn Junction to Haughterslaw Woodland heading in a southwards direction for a distance of 1971 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The speed restriction will be in force on the following dates and times:29th September 2025 until the 11th October 2025 between 17:00 hours and 08:00 hours. 17th November 2025 until the 19th November 2025 between 17:00 hours and 08:00 hours.
On Sundays the speed restriction will be in place at all times during the above dates, This is to allow safe access for affected residents and properties whilst the works are ongoing and to furthermore protect the new surface of the carriageway when the road has been reopened.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U6067 THIRD AVENUE MORPETH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6067 Third Avenue Morpeth from its junction with First Avenue for a distance of 315 metres in a south-easterly direction in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 29th September 2025 until the 29th March 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 29th September 2025 until the 10th October 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 29th March 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being First Avenue, Shields Road, Choppington Road, Third Avenue and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
B6345 EAST THIRSTON TO ACKLINGTON, ACKLINGTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B6345 East Thirston to Acklington from its junction with the entrance and exit to the Railway Inn heading in a northerly direction for a length of 64 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 15th September 2025 until the 14th March 2026. It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 15th September 2025 until the 19th September 2025 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 14th March 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B6345, U3040, C102 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U9083 MEADOWVALE PONTELAND
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9083 Meadowvale Ponteland from its junction with Western Way to its point at the front of number 24 Meadowvale in a westerly then northerly direction and to its point outside number 8 Meadowvale in a southerly then easterly direction in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 15th September 2025 until the 15th March 2026. It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 15th September 2025 until the 16th September 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 15th March 2026.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
C76 HOCKETWELL TO CRASTER JUNCTION CRASTER
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C76 Hocketwell to Craster Junction from 484 metres south-west of its junction with the B1339, continuing south-west for a distance of 50 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 20th September 2025 until the 21st September 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 20th September 2025 until the 21st September 2025 between 23:00 hours and 08:30 hours during this period.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the B1339, U3015, B1340 and vice versa.

OFF STREET PARKING PLACES COMPOSITE ORDER 2014 AMENDMENT NO 25 ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council propose to make the above-named Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and the Traffic Management Act 2004. The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce new off-street car park restrictions in Boulmer in the County of Northumberland by amending the Northumberland County Council Off Street Parking Places Composite Order 2014 (the Principal Order).
