LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on;
i) Jordans Way, at its junction with Gernon Close and in Gernon Close to the side of no. 14 Jordans Way
ii) Edenhall Road, at its junctions with Edenhall Glen and Rutherford Place
iii) Mersey Road, outside nos. 10 and 12
iv) Deri Avenue, at its junction with Wantz Lane, around the bend fronting no. 1 and fronting nos. 12a and 12b, to the parking bay in Redbury Close
v) Sheffield Drive, either side of the school entrance
vi) The Meads, outside nos. 2, 4, 5 and 7, 6 and 8, 10 and 12 and 14 and 16
vii) Heron Flight Avenue, to the rear of no.2 Gull Walk, outside Gull Walk
viii) Lake Avenue, at its junction with Lakefields Close and to the side of no. 106 Lake Avenue
ix) Lakefields Close, to the side of no. 104 Lake Avenue and no. 12, between its junction with Lakeside and no. 28 and to the side of no. 15 to no. 21
x) Lakeside, between its junction with Lakefields Close and no. 3
xi) Benhurst Avenue, outside no. 72
xii) Warrington Gardens, at its junction with Brooklands Gardens
xiii) Owllets Hall Road, at its junction with Prospect Road and to the side and rear of nos. 6 and 7 Rising Terrace
xiv) Wennington Road, at its junctions with Ingrebourne Road and Lambs Lane South, extending to no. 211 Wennington Road
b) Extend no waiting at any time restrictions on;
i) Nyth Close, both sides, to outside no. 4
ii) Deri Avenue, to the side of no. 27
iii) Lambs Lane South, fronting no. 29
iv) Sheffield Drive, on its northern side, opposite no. 89 and the side of no. 16 Settle Road and on its southern side, to the side of no. 16 Settle Road
v) Settle Road, outside nos. 14 and 16 and on the western side, opposite no.16 to Oakley Drive
vi) Hamilton Drive, fronting no. 24
vii) The Meads, to the side of no. 3 Rectory Gardens and fronting no. 1 The Meads
viii) Springfield Gardens, outside no. 4 to outside no. 16 and opposite the side of no. 2 Meadow Way to outside no. 5
ix) Heron Flight Avenue, outside no. 23, opposite the side of no. 2 Gull Walk and to the side of no.1 Gull Walk
x) Fulmar Road, to the side of no. 1 Flamingo Walk
xi) Derby Avenue, outside no. 79
xii) Brookway, to the sides of no. 194 Wennington Road and no. 98 Penerley Road
c) Change the existing Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am waiting restriction to apply at any time on;
i) Gubbins Lane, outside and opposite no. 140 to the A12 Red Route boundary.
ii) Chelsworth Drive, on its northern side, to the side of no. 121 Gubbins Lane and no. 2 Kersey Gardens and on its southern side, to the side of no. 119 Gubbins lane
iii) Arundel Road, on its northern side, opposite no. 70 and on its southern side outside nos. 68 and 70
d) Introduce a residents parking bay on Redden Court Road outside nos. 54a and 54, operational Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm (HWD Zone)
e) Introduce residents parking bays on Hamilton Drive, to the side on no.1, opposite no. 12 and fronting no. 24, operational Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm (HWD Zone)
f) Introduce a school keep clear marking operational Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm on Sheffield Drive, opposite nos. 79 to 89
g) Introduce a school keep clear marking operational Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm on Straight Road outside St Ursula’s School
h) Introduce no waiting Monday to Friday 10.30m to 11.30am on Church Road outside nos. 68 to 74
i) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on Darby Avenue outside no. 72
j) Extend the residents parking bay outside no. 29 Ethelburga Road by 2 metres, fronting no. 31
k) Remove the free parking bay opposite nos. 4 and 6 Springfield Gardens
l) Remove the residents parking bay opposite nos. 103 and 107 Church Road and replace it with Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm waiting restriction

Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders can be made via the above link. Alternatively, they can be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB or emailed to Schemes@havering.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
