Main Street, Hollington - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate Bt Pole Replacement
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE MAIN STREET, HOLLINGTON
WHEN: 30 September and 01 October 2025 (between 09:30 and 15:30 each day)
WHERE: Main Street, Hollington between Jct. with Marsh Hollow and The Grange.
REASON: To facilitate BT pole replacement. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Main Street, Hollington Lane, A52, B5020, Hoargate Lane, Main Street and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
