Cauldwell Road - Temporary Road Closure For A Pole Renewal
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE CAULDWELL ROAD, DRAKELOW
WHEN: 29 September 2025 (09:30 to 15:30)
WHERE: Cauldwell Road, Drakelow between its Jct. with Walton Road and its Jct. with Burton Road.
REASON: To facilitate a pole renewal.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Walton Road, Rosliston Road South, Rosliston Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
