What is happening?

FALKIRK COUNCIL

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:

Robertson Avenue & Ferguson Grove, Bonnybridge from 07:30 hours on 15/09/25 until 17:00 hours on 19/09/25. The prohibition is to allow carriageway surfacing work to be carried out safely.

1. This Order temporarily closes: Robertson Avenue from its junction with Larbert Road to its junction with Ferguson Grove. Ferguson Grove from its junction with Robertson Avenue for the entire street.
2. No alternative route available. Local access to be maintained as far as practically possible.

C65 Bogend Road, Stenhousemuir from 00:01 on 15/09/25 until 23:59 on 17/10/25. The prohibition is to allow for Bridge repairs to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes C65 Bogend Road, Stenhousemuir from a point adjacent to Blairs Farm in an easterly direction for approximately 150 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: C65, McIntyre Avenue, A88, A9, C65 or vice versa.

Mclachlan Street, Larbert from 07.30 hours on 15/09/25 until 16.00 hours on 29/09/25. The prohibition is to allow for drainage works to be undertaken

1. This Order temporarily closes the Mclachlan Street from its junction with (B905) to its junction with James Street.
2. The alternative route is: Mclachlan Street, Valeview, Muirfield Road, Main Street, Kirk Avenue and vice versa.

Rashiehill Road, Slamannan from 08:00 on 15/09/25 until 17:00 on 19/09/25. The prohibition is to allow for Utility works to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes Rashiehill Road, Slamannan from a point adjacent to Bank Street in a southerly direction for approximately 100 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Bank Street, B8022, Gowanlea Drive, St Laurence Crescent, Balcastle Road or vice versa.

Adam Crescent, Stenhousemuir from 08:00 on 17/09/25 until 17:00 on 26/09/25. The prohibition is to allow for Scottish Water works to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes Adam Crescent, Stenhousemuir from a point adjacent to number 27 in an easterly direction for approximately 25 metres or thereby.
2. No alternative route available. Local access to be maintained as far as practically possible.

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in:

Graham Crescent, Bo'ness from 08:00 on 15/09/25 until 20:00 on 26/09/25. The prohibition is to allow for Utility works to be undertaken.

1. This order prohibits waiting on Graham Crescent, Bo'ness from a point adjacent to Hadrian Way in a northern direction on both sides for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
